The Client’s Mobile First system is an AWS based application which stores knowledge posts, news, comments, and other information on hospitality industry properties generated by a community of approximately 1,500 associates. They want to trigger emails according to a user action, for example, the user may wish to be notified by email when certain topics or locations of interest to them have received posting from another user.

SOLUTION:

BICS GLOBAL decided to handle the huge data through Micro services via Service Mesh architecture that helps the data to intercommunicate and process the data accordingly.

We developed business rules that run in the AWS Lambda engine to process the data.

When the user comments on a post, the information is passed to AWS event which is further communicated to Lambda function that can validate and trigger the mail accordingly.

OUTCOME:
